"Ricardo has assisted me on various occasions to find, and buy valuable real estate in the Algarve. Not only did he sell me the properties, but went with me to the bank to get the correct cheques made out to the sellers, but also took me to the notaries to finalize the transactions. He also picked me up and took me to the tax offices locally to pay all relevant fees, and to register as a local resident. Then he assisted me to register one property as an AL - to legally rent it as Holiday rentals, and also took me to the relevant offices to get water and electricity connected within days. Furthermore he assisted me in getting an excellent construction team to make the changes I needed in one property at excellent cost.
